Northwest Surgical, comprised of 8 cardiothoracic surgeons, is a part of The Oregon Clinic’s Division of Thoracic Surgery.  Our group has been performing open-heart surgery in Portland since the 1960’s and is the sole provider of cardiac surgery for several hospital systems. The practice has grown to also provide cardiac surgery services at Legacy Health System (since 1968), Salem Hospital (since 1989), Southwest Washington Medical Center (since 1992), and Tuality Community Hospital (since 2002). Northwest Surgical joined The Oregon Clinic in 2003.
