Endoscopic Sinus Surgery - ENT East Division
Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is performed to open the sinus cavities in patients who have problems with chronic sinusitis, facial pain or pressure, sinus headaches, or sinus and nasal polyps. The surgery is performed in the operating room under general anesthesia. It is performed endoscopically through the nostrils, causing no scars to the nose or face.
